Changing a session

Please tell us a day ahead if you need to change a session, so someone else can have the chair. Call or text.

Clean needles and risks

We use sterile, single-use needles from sealed packs, and used needles go into a sharps container. Every treatment has risks. Yours are small, and Ismael explains them before the first needle: soreness, a faint mark at an ear point, feeling light-headed and, rarely, bleeding or infection.

The quiet room

Please silence your phone, and keep conversation for before and after the session. What you say in the room stays in the room. You may leave at any time.

Access

The entrance is step-free. Tell us what would make a session easier: a different chair, extra time, a quieter hour or another way to reach us. We will do what we can, and we will say plainly what we cannot.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Our privacy page says what this website collects.
